The Self Sustaining Building Programme's first project is a high profile global Challenge with the aim of discovering, demonstrating and promoting self-sustaining building practices from around the world.

The Global Challenge will take place in parallel with the run-up to the 2012 Olympics (see other pages on this site for further information).

This is a unique opportunity to join an embryonic project early and shape its way forward that makes a real difference to a sustainable future for People, the Community and the Environment.

The Challenge is now in its start-up phase and Expressions of Interest for the following posts are invited by October 2010:
